Voluntarily enter into and agree to all terms stated in this contract as witnessed by their signatures below.

1. The Seller hereby sells to the Buyer, for the amount of $____________ 

Plus $_______ ________shipping & handling.

2. The Seller will register the puppy with the United Kennel Club, Inc.

3. The Seller guarantees that the puppy is free of hereditary defects to the best of his/her knowledge.

4. The puppy shall not be bred until it is at least 1 year of age and mature enough to breed physically and mentally to the best of the owner’s knowledge.

5. The Buyer shall maintain the puppy in good condition, including adherence to a regular immunization schedule, heartworm preventative, good diet, and a clean and safe environment.

6. If at any time in its life, the puppy is to be sold or given away; the Buyer shall notify the Seller and give the Seller first option to take the dog back.

7. The Buyer agrees that at no time shall the puppy be used for fighting purposes. If this rule is broken, the Seller can have the dog removed from the Buyer’s property.
